中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所與社會(huì)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)出版社2022年12月13日共同發(fā)布的《經(jīng)濟(jì)藍(lán)皮書：2023年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)分析與預(yù)測(cè)》預(yù)計(jì)，2023年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)5.1%左右，呈現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步復(fù)蘇態(tài)勢(shì)。具體到地方層面，24座萬(wàn)億GDP城市中，2023年GDP增速目標(biāo)，濟(jì)南是5.5%以上。除濟(jì)南GDP增速目標(biāo)與上年持平外，其余5座城市2023年GDP增速目標(biāo)較上年均有所下調(diào)。不過(guò)，復(fù)蘇仍是2023年經(jīng)濟(jì)的主旋律，相較于2022年GDP實(shí)際表現(xiàn)，2023年的目標(biāo)仍是樂(lè)觀的。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，從2022年地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值總量來(lái)看，濟(jì)南預(yù)計(jì)超過(guò)1.2萬(wàn)億元。
